I use my GPS and DeLorme software for routing oversize loads from Point A to B thru the many turns that a normal GPS will not route you.

My first GPS mapping and navagation setup, bundled with Topo7. Hooked to a laptop. Still use regularly.

DeLorme always seems to make quality products, and this is no exception. However, while this is a good GPS device and satellite acquisition is acceptable, it can be slow at times. I plan to purchase a DeLorme LT-40 to replace my LT-20.

Great for locating caches because it guides you through streets and roads including unpaved roads. When I get as far as can be driven, my Lowrance Endura enables me to get out of the vehicle and to the cache. I like the use of a laptop because of the big screen, etc. Had DeLorme back in 2002 and actually found caches with it! I now have the 2009 Street Atlas (not the Plus) and it is great, too.
