I have never owned a handheld gps. I am pretty tech savvy and I had trouble getting the hang of it. I got frustrated because I figured it would be simple push and play. A few more steps than I'm used too. Ok once you play around with it enough. Battery life is A+, screen is easy to read, turns on quick and the size is nice. Comes with me on all my Geocaching trips.
