Im big in the hunting world, and this GPS is designed to track dogs with collars on them. Each collar gets a "ID" and the GPS shows where your dogs are and if their running in circles or stuck at someones house.... Now with that aside, i use this quite heavily when im NOT hunting just as a GPS, it has all the needed/expected features you expect when you buy a handheld. So if you do geocaching with a dog that has a little free roam, one of these would be a great investment. You will always know where your dog is when your out there. ((Like i said i use this for hunting, and im just saying this has a great feature for dog owners who hike/camp with pets))
