I originally bought this for my cycling, as a basic navigation tool for my longer rides. It was on a very long ride that a friend told me about geocaching and just a few days later I used my GPS to find my first geocache. It has a great battery life for geocaching and you can store loads of points very quickly but it does sometimes take a while to pick up a signal (particularly in urban areas). This is perfect for me as I can use it for both cycling and geocaching. It does a lot more than you would normally need for your typical geocacher though. i.e calorie counter and average/max speeds etc.
