Weird problems initially trying to get coords/pois/waypoints downloaded the first time. Garmin provided a SERIAL cable, but no SW, drivers, or usage documentation. Grrr...found a USB/Serial converter, and muscled it out myself. Never got the Garmin POI loader or the direct GPS download from geocaching to work for it - BUT - GSAK - the Geocaching Swiss Army Knife application - was able to fit the bill and download waypoints to it - nice and smooth, too. If you are struggling with this too, I finally got there by flipping through different COM settings in GSAK until it sensed my GPS. Finally died after 4 1/2 years...don't recall dropping it or anything, just finally got to the point where screen would freeze w/ a one vertical line on it after about 30 seconds or so after turning it on...so sad. Bought a Garmin eTrex 20 to replace it, because it was a good sturdy unit!

this is Foxhound's Device of Choice - she likes the toggle - the (old) yellow Garmin the tissa102 used does not have the toggle & Foxhound says it is more difficult to load coordinates in becasue of this. GET THE TOGGLE!
