Average, not the most precise thing, but I like it. Geocaching wouldn't be so fun if the GPS led you straight to the cache, would it? I would give 3,5 stars if I had the choice.

Serial update cord only, limits to machines that still have a serial cable. Serial to USB adapter not happy with Legend either.

Inexpensive, and easy to hold and use. I wish at times it had more memory as there are maps in metroguide that I can't load because they exceed my maximum memory. I has all the features I need for geocaching.

It WAS a good unit once upon a time... but nowadays, after 3 years of everyday use it shall be replaced soon.
