My husband and I each have this GPS and we love it. It has not failed us yet and was well worth the investment. We have downloaded Topo 2008 and the maps are very helpful. We recommend this GPS!

Nearly perfect. Pros: long battery power, bright display Cons: usage of the notes field could be better

The geocaching features on this one make it a very worthy GPS for what we use it for. The only issue was the arrow would constantly swig the wrong way. Turning off the electronic compass resolve that issue.

Very dependable GPSr. I have added the whole US City Navigator as well as 2008 TOPO US. For TOPO I have primarily focused on the Central Rocky Mtn region plus Central Utah Canyonlands (Moab). All mapping is loaded onto a 2GB card. I use a Ram-mount GPS holder and DC battery cable installed in my '06 Rubicon. This saves battery power for trail use. Easily detached to geocache. My previous GPS was GPS 60CS. Before that the ol' blue Garmin Etrex Legend. Both of those GPS had mapping as well.

The do-all ultimate hand-held GPSr! This unit is the standard by which all others are and have been measured. We also own a Vista HCx and it's just as good as this unit with the main differences being the size and physical controls.
