I love this GPSr, but I think the electronic compass is a bit fiddly. It needs to be recalibrated far too often. I leave it off most of the time.

I've used the Garmin 60CSX on more than 2,000 cache hunts and have no desire to upgrade. This is the pinnacle of consumer handheld GPS receivers. Ease of use, clear display, durability, form factor, satellite reception quality even in adverse conditions, and lack of crashes/bugs are all good reasons to select this unit.
