I'm using this device with bluetooth GPS-Mouse from german telekom. This worked for years as my primary device and i found most of my caches with it.

Cingular 8125 Smart phone paired with a G-Sat BT 359 bluetooth GPSr running RichesseGPS software for Windows Mobile 5.0. This combination works fairly well in the absence of using a true GPS unit. I originally obtained this setup to run car navigation software on my phone and have since taken up geocaching. It is not spot on accurate, but works fairly well and can get me to most cache sites without too much trouble.
