Map is hard to read, especially at any distance, due to the very small screen. Mine is configured for text only, and the versatility of the display configuration is well appreciated.Updates no longer available for the database/maps.. An extremely dependable unit.

I have nothing to compare to, but my biggest complaint is the short life of batteries - and, a user manual that, though exhaustive, isn't very user-intuitive. The inclusion of three or four user examples - or "geocacher examples", to be more specific - might have benefited the neophyte buyer/reader enormously. For example., waypoints are discussed toward the rear of the book! Otherwise, I'm happy with the machine!

This device is difficult to read when the sun is shining. I've not determined how to read the device when the reflection is almost illegible

I've got a second hand airmap 100. It only seems to have detailed U.S. maps. I live in the UK. Can anyone help please? It does show the U.K. but no detail.
