I fly everyday and I really liked this unit for it's obstruction database. The "exit" key stopped working after about four months. I sent it back for warranty work, got it back six months later, and the same problem occured within two weeks of use. I took it apart and glued the ribbon strip from the keyboard into the motherboard... so far so good. Battery life is extremely short!

This was a great, easy to use GPS unit until the map stopped working and it was only 20 months old! Sent it in for repair and it was going to cost $300+ to fix it....don't buy Lowrance, get a Garmin.

I have own and flown behind this gps for several years, but it is to large to be used for geocaching. The batttery life is very short.
