This unit is certainly not good quality. The powewr button broke off of the power board. This is something that I've read is a common problem with the Endura series. The unit seems to be fairly accurate, but the base maps are poor, shows railroads where streets should be. I think the basemap of my local area is from the 1800's!!!

I think this is a great handheld, and it takes Fishing Hot Spots maps, which is one of the reasons I bought it (because I also fish a lot). I haven't ever had any problems with it. I wish the battery life was a bit longer, but it is at least as long as was promised. That is about all I would ask Lowrance to change if they asked me how to improve the product. Definitely worth the money.
