It's been great so far. I did get the "white screen of death" after owning it for three days, but Lowrance was VERY easy to work with. I just sent mine in without any accompanying purchase info etc and Lowrance sent me a brand new one within two weeks!
The only gadget this unit is missing is a digital camera, I'm sure that will be next!
