I had a iGO (Lowrance) before this that I loved as an entry GPS (cheap, accurate, some base maps) - great battery life. When It got soaked on a rafting trip i upgraded to this (clearence at Cabella's) - Got it for $70 - great unit for this price, good battery life, again nice to have simple base maps and the memory card allows you to use GPS Swiss Army Knife to import sets of Caches to your device. Overall I am happy with it for my needs.
I do wish it would do timestamp on coordinate breadcrumbs. Never really used it for music though it does work through a the weird nonstandard headphones that came with it. - Don't buy this for that feature. If you can get it for 70 or less I'd say go for it.
