Sometime it is on the money, sometimes not so much. Could just be the small differences in machines. Very simple display and not too bad to load things on. I am happy with it.

I was using it on my boat on Lake Ontario. It never let me down. The only drawback, is the size of the screen. For some reason, it seems to get smaller as I get older.

I like the maps. The POI's are good, too.

Geocaching .com does not have Lowrance XOG in the list when you select your GPS that you use so I am only using this one " Lowrance iFinder" so I can rate My XOG. The XOG I use is a crossover I use it to Navigate the road ways also to Geocache off the roadway what is nice it has voice turn by turn navigation right up to as close as I can drive to the cache and then change over to straight navigation and has put me within in 3 feet of the cache every time so far it does not have the bounce like my old Garmin eTrax or the terrible back light. My XOG has a great three settings for the back light Bright for day and dim for late night driving also a built in rechargeable ion battery and color maps and large enough lettering so I do not have to use a magnify glass to read the waypoints for 160.00 dollars thru walmart.com with shipping. What a great deal. If only Garmin could make a hand held like this with voice turn by turn nav.
