#1 complaint is lack of support on a Legacy product. Came with Topo Map of US, but software on PC no longer Works. Dash Mount for windshield broke three years ago, no longer supported by Mfg., nor is their software. I feel they should support their older products because they last a long time if taken care of. They need to take care of their old customers and support what they have already sold, not just market new equipment. I've been a GPS user/consumer for over 15 years, and won't be looking at Magellan equipment anytime soon, even though they do make a quality product.... I'd rate them 5 stars if they had legacy support and don't leave old customers high and dry after they have shelled out hundreds for software/hardware. I have other software that is over 10 years old and it will still run on Win-7. Magellan is so paranoid that some one will pirate their map software, yet won't update old customers security keys so they can continue to use their old hardware. Not a g

Cheap and clunky but the USB interface makes it better than earlier eXplorist units.
