I love this thing. It will even get a signal inside my house. Even though I get harrassed by the Garmin users, I will always love using my Magellan.

Second eXplorest 400 I have had. Both units put me right on very quickly. I love the rechargable battery(saves me lots of money). It also came with a AAA battery adapter in case the rechargable one dies, but I have never used it. Great machine!

After learning all the features, this is a great GPS for geocaching, but learning all those features takes a lot of dedication because the information is not clear in the included users manual.

Solid, nice handheld. Has most basic features, fantastic unit out of the box. Problem is, not much upgrading and/or additions for it (a recurring problem with Maggies).

Easy to use and durable. Accurate and battery lasts a long time. Had mine for almost 4 years now, and am very happy with it.
