Out of the box was 15 miles off on our position, according to our old trusty Garmin 12. Was correct on the map, but coords were way off. Tech support was slow, and obviously not American. Offered to replace unit for free, but for $400, it really should work out of the box, shouldn't it? Didn't like the touch screen; was difficult to scroll without selecting an option. Made for an immensely frustrating first experience. Returned it and went back to Garmin.
