Functions as well as expected. Topo is very helpful but software out of date and no obvious way to update maps with newer info. Big drawback is physical design. The lanyard attaches to the same screw that holds the battery cover in place. Since the star nut enbedded in plastic gave way on this I have been left with a unit that not only is no longer waterproof but also powers down whenever the friction fit wiggles loose while in a bag/pocket/etc. Nice while it lasted and does still work but needs replaced after about one year of ownership for any serious use.

Great little all around device. Love to upload the detailed topo maps. I use this for hunting and can pre-plan my route and upload into the GPS. Works great with GSAK too.
