November 5 by WingsAndTales (1055 found) This one has been on my list for a long time but somehow I never made it up there. I'm working on the Jasmer Challenge(GC20B2T) that requires you to get a caches hidden in each month since the site started. I was closer than I thought but I still need several more caches from 2000 and 2001. I got Happy Rocks and then made my way over to this one. Thanks for keeping these classics running. The coords in kjklock's log were quite helpful in finding this one. I traded trackables and I'll upload some pictures too. TFTC

| September 30 by rowz (20 found) Left a travel bug here. Place was overrun with lady bugs.
[view this log] | August 8 by TinSparrow (5829 found) A last minute emergency kept from getting out to the 4x4 event this morning, so once the crisis was over I came down here (up here?) instead. I didn't spot any lady bugs at all on the hike up, and I wasn't sure if they were still going to be at the summit. Indeed, they are still there in great number, clinging to tree trucks and rocks. At first I thought I was seeing a red plant growth, maybe a lichen, but upon closer inspection it was ladybugs. I found the cache after about a 20 minute search. My GPS was leading me about 60 feet away. It's nice to finally find this old one. Thanks for the fun.
[view this log] | August 4 by ProTechCC (2719 found) One more old cache of the list. Now this is a cache location worthy of a cache. No micro in the woods next to a roadside parking lot. My dog was a little worn out but the hike wasn't to bad. The ladybugs everywhere made the location even more amazing. Thanks for keeping this cache alive.
[view this log] | July 5 by bymerkle (360 found) Had this one on my to do list for quite some time but finally made it up today to log it. It's an honor to find one of the oldest caches in Colorado. Loved the hike and enjoyed the views from the top of the peak. Saw a ton of lady bugs up here. They completely covered the plants and rocks! Also enjoyed reading soem of the older logs left by Vort. Signed Log and left some small toys. TFTC!
