ABOUT THIS CACHE SITE
As you walk through the forest to this cache you will come across
an information board that tells a story about William Donald
Patterson. He built an Edwardian home here and when he died in 1961
the house was burned down. I found the reason for the fire
extremely curious.
Anyways since, GPS readings are difficult to maintain under
trees, you will find the cache at the forest edge along the
road.
MORE INFO
This cache is one in a series of caches belonging to Ardenwood
Scrabble. In this cache and the other caches that comprise this
series, you will find a "scrabble piece" inscribed with a letter
and a number(s) representing a coordinate. Once you have located
all the caches, copied the information down from the scrabble
pieces, you will arrange the letters into a secret word. This word
will reveal the final location of the grande cache.
Note:For this cache copy the letter,
the number clue, *and* the instructions that appear in next to the
scrabble piece. These instructions are crucial to help you put this
letter in its proper position.
