This is a VIRTUAL cache. There is NO need to uncover anything. It is in PLAIN SIGHT, easily seen from a STANDING position, but it could be very hard to find!
It's an easy hike to the cache. Parking MAY be a problem, however, but plenty of parking may be found on the perimeter and it makes for a pleasant 1/4-1/2 mile hike. Use a bit of common sense here.
Log the find as "post a note", but don't tell what you think it is. Send an email description to us. We'll confirm through the website!
