A short hike through jarrah and banksia woodland near Grimwade.
There's a picnic site marked on the map at Grimwade, but the
place looked a bit neglected when we got there. (Maybe we didn't
actually quite get there?) What we did find was a track which
crossed the road at S33° 42.454 / E116° 01.182. The cache is hidden
a short walk from there. Take the obvious track...
While dogs aren't specifically forbidden in this area as far as
I can tell, the area is subject to 1080 poison baiting, and if your
dog eats a bait then its chances are not good.
The cache is a small ammo can which has been painted yellow.
Original contents: 4 small plastic boxes, a bouncy ball, a set of
allen keys, a pair of wire-cutters, a g-clamp, 2 screwdrivers, a
keyring, a small padlock, a roller-stamp, a memo-pad and a log
book, pen, pencil rubber and sharpener
