Geocache Description:

Big Rubbermaid canister hidden close to trail will require exploration and climbing.

This 4.5 liter Rubbermaid "Serven Saver" is placed somewhere that I've wanted to stash a cache since my first visit. It's big enough that you can trade some stuff into it larger than you might be able in most caches.

It's cake most of the way to the cache site, but at the end there's a climb that seems to me like mild physical exertion and some interesting exploration. If you're a real outdoorsman it'll be nothing and if you're an elderly couch potato you just won't be able to do it. I obviously got it there and I'm a dumpy 31 year old, so you probably can too.

This cache is starting with:

  • a travel bug heading west
  • a red ten foot ethernet crossover cable
  • a baggie of fiber-optic protective endcaps
  • an audio CD of relaxing surf
  • a yellow and orange stuffed ducky
  • an RJ9 dual jack module
  • a copper and turquoise bracelet
  • a silver and turquoise bracelet
  • a large POW/MIA flag
  • a keychain from Bristol-Myers Squibb Company
  • an SC-fiberoptic extension jack
  • a couple of RJ45 adapters
  • a Citibank beltclip/pocketknife
  • a found 1990 class ring
  • two screw and nut combinations
Surely with this plethora of goodies, you can find something worth taking!

The locals haven't been too kind, so if you could be so kind, please pack out some broken glass or trash when you come.

Good luck and remember of log in.
