Hawk 12 Multi-cache

This cache is a four part road trip that will take you into Virginia for a few miles, then return you to NC for the physical cache location. The whole purpose ... besides the cache ... is to test your navigation skills and see a little of the country side. Maps are important ... but for a little fun ... navigate by just using the GPS ... sure you'll hit a few odd blind alleys ... but it should be fun.

You "will need tools" to accomplish the cache. First a flashlight ... even if you go at noon ... you will need a good flashlight. Second you will need a pencil and pad to write down the coordinates as you get them. Third and probably most important ... you will need a pair of binoculars ... at least 8X, 10x would be better.

Download the photos of the poems ... yeah, they're bad ... but you're going to need them to complete the trip. There is a spoiler photo ... which is the collector card graphic ... so don't open it unless you're stumped.

The trip will take between 1.5 and 2 hours to complete. While it is easy for the most part ... it is a little different. Think outside the box. The coordinates above will lead you to location #1, the clues for location #1 will lead you to "find" the coordinates for location #2 ... and so forth. HAVE FUN!

NOTE: At location #3, stay in the car ... heavy dog population could make it hazardous to leave the car. Clue #3 is designed to be found from inside your car! REALLY!

BONUS: The first three locations have a meaning. The first cacher to post his/her log and correctly guess the answer to this question via email ... will receive a special bonus prize via mail. Good luck! No clues on this one. But a little detective work could solve it easily.

In addition to this ... the first two to find the cache will have the opportunity to get a Geocaching logo button from "Rich in NEPA". Two have been place in the cache. Please only take one per find.
