Geocache Description:

Highly accessible cache, which also means great discretion involved in the search!

Inspired by the "Disabled Geocachers" thread on groundspeak,

This cache was designed expressly to be accessible by anyone and everyone. Paved trails, easily done with a baby stroller, crutches or a wheelchair.

Update 4/2/03: What a difference a year makes! The location has changed somewhat over the past year (naturally, not due to geocachers). You can still get to the cache location with a wheelchair or crutches, but you must be able to reach the ground now to retrieve the cache. I considered archiving the cache because of this, but I decided to let it stay and see what happens. New container is about 20oz, so trade small items. Tighten top well.

Make sure nobody is watching, and rehide well. Cache is pretty packed, take something bigger then you leave if possible. ~~Might not last too long, so don't feel too bad about trading this cache down.~~
Well, I never expected it, but this cache has been out there over a year already. Thanks for everyone rehiding the cache so well.
