Geocache Description:

This is a beautiful, sandy-beached park. It's a great place to picnic and laze around with the kids and dog on a sunny day.

To get to the park, go South on Banner Road from Sedgewick Road. Turn East on Millihanna Road and continue to the parking area (N 47° 26.309' x W 122° 32.395') with signs marking the way. (If you enjoyed the potholes on Millihanna - contact your county commissioner and ask why the county is refusing to maintain the access road into the park you paid for.)

The hike to the beach is about 1/2 mile on a gravel road. Go all the way to the water before looking for the cache - please don't short-cut down the hill. Save some energy for the hike back up, you'll need it.

The cache is a clear 2 quart lock-n-lock container.

Follow the water line until your GPS tells you you're getting warm. Look for evidence of a maple losing its battle with English ivy. You might have to dig around in the ivy for awhile, since it covers everything.
