This cache hopefully has the added nuisance of tricky access and parking -- it's not that hard, but ... :)
Iced tea is a personal trademark. However, this cache, like my previous, doesn't contain any iced tea for fear of freezing and thirsty nonhuman animals. :)
The container has a thumb-operated locking mechanism, so please don't try to force the bucket open!
The terrain is sort of dog and child friendly, but don't bring Grandma and the stroller unless she's fitter than you are, and your dog should be the "I wansa PLAY!" type. :)
This cache also includes a cache starter kit -- an old tupperware container with an empty logbook, cache letter, placement FAQ, placement worksheet, pen & pencil, firestarters, a small cotton bag, a window scraper with defroster fluid, and pencil leads, ready for you to place. Good for a first time cacher wondering how to put together a cache and needing a container with some basic goodies. Counts as 1 prize in the trading rule.
April 26, 2002: I checked on the cache today, and it's still there in good condition. I upgraded its "hiding" spot, though it's still in the same spot.
Initial contents:
- cache starter kit -- a "light" cache
- 4 packs of firestarters
- Butane BBQ ligher
- floating candles
- Pen that blinks when you use it
- Nightlight
- Blinking bike light
- Blinking key chain
- Blinking super ball
- 2 kids' sunglasses
- "Lighty" the Travel Bug
- Plastic Bags for cache in/trash out -- no need to leave anything for a plastic bag. But you're invited to leave more bags if you wish. :)
No parking coordinates since I want to add to the challenge of finding it, although there are a couple of places to park within either 1.5km and 600m.
