Geocache Description:

The easiest route in requires fording a stream 18 inches deep and 100 feet across.

The Norton Cemetary (That is how it is spelled on the sign)is an old family plot. The entire family was wiped out in one year by disease. The graves are not real noticeable if you don't know that they are there, the headstones are so old that there are not longer any visible markings. It is a good place to reflect on the hardships that our forefathers endured. The Chester Boy Scouts clean the place up every ten years or so and leave a sign there.
The route in is off of Lane road in Chester. Park at N 42 59.935 W71 15.585 then proceed 20 yards west on Lane road to a class 6 road across the street. This road will take you to within 100 yards of the cache. The cache is about 1/2 mile in. If you have a 4 wheel drive you can drive in, except in mud season.
The original cache was started with; A kids canteen, a tube of Sting Eze quick insect bite releif (not a hint, but black fly season is coming!), Binder clips (great for chip bags), a refrigerator magnet, a flashlight in case you get there a little late, a log book, a camera, a mechanical pencil, and a pen.
