This is a marker that I think students that go to school here should know. I graduated from SIU in '97'. I now live in Kansas City KS. I was passing thru when I saw this marker and thought people should see it. So to receive your certificate of accomplishment, you have to answer this question. Who said " Every man's life belongs to his country, and no man has the right to refuse when his country calls for it". The answer is in all caps and there is a (dot) after the middle initial.
