The Catherine Creek Area of the Columbia River Gorge.
A stunning view of memaloose island in the gorge. Memaloose is term Chinook Indians used to describe the dead, which is where some are buried. Open rolling meadows with basalt base, full of spring time flowers. Excellent place for daydreaming once there. Nearby are some old Native American vision quest sites. The container is a army green metal ammunition box. (so average sized items).
