Rest In Peace Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Max Cacher: Hello

I noticed this cache while going through all the ones that have been made temporarily unavailable for more than 30 days and archiving them so they will either be fixed or taken off this status , this is something I do every month, when you are ready just email be back and I will unarchive it. You would be surprised how many caches there are like this. And lets be real here if someone can’t fix it in the cache in 30days “well”.

We can not hold this location for you if someone else wants to place a cache there

I do appreciate all the work you have been doing to make this a better sport.

Geocache Description:

You are looking for an empty Altoids container that has been covered with a custom (weatherproof) label. See Photo #1. (Photo 1 is not a spoiler.) This is not "covered up" but is well hidden from foot traffic and casual viewing. Good Luck!

***I have removed the cache for maintainence and hope to return it soon.!***

This Micro Cache has just a few slips of paper inside for a log. (Bring your own pencil!) The paper is in a Zip Loc Freezer Bag. Please fold it carefully and return it as such after signing the log.

Photo #2 is a limited spoiler pointing you in the right area and Photo #3 points out the cache if you need help.

I live within a 1/2 mile of the cache so I will check it often. My 10 years of living right down the road tells me this should be safe from non-Geocachers.

After you find the cache, take a drive thru downtown and see the sights. Like most small towns, we make our money the old fashioned way, speeding tickets. Be sure to obey the 20 MPH posted limits or you will risk having a chat with the local police.

There is a convenience mart, an older restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch 6 days a week), a tavern, and an old gas station that has gas and cokes in the little glass bottles inside. Stop in and say hello.

Since this is my first cache of hopefully many, let me know if I need to make any changes. Good Luck!
