Branns Mills Island Traditional Geocache
FFFarmer: We decided to archive this cache and take it home, there seems to be little interest in these types of caches and getting out to do regular maintenance was getting harder.

This is an Island on Branns Mills Pond. Accessible by canoe, kayak, or small motor boat in the summer. Can snowshoe, cross country ski, or snowmobile in the winter.
After reading about other caches of this type, and other cachers liking this type, we decided to place one on one of our favorite year-round ponds. It is also close to one of our other caches. This is a short trip (less than 1/2 mile on a calm pond. There is a boat launch at N45 06.375 W069 10.104, you can access the island from several locations but the best for small boats would be at N45 06.664 W069 10.404 The cache is an ammo box filled with; log-pen-pencil, emergency blanket, 2 fishing lures, bobbers, foating key chain, 2 rain ponchos, mosquito head net, and a camera for you to photograph you visit.
