A Portland tour starting in Washington!??? Ft. Vancouver was the first area settled.....
The above coordiantes are a good 'general' starting point for this adventure. If you haven't traversed the bridges of Multnomah county, then you're missing out on the true Portland experience. The tour is a good way to kill time with visitors not from the area. After you've gathered the necessary information there's a cache with LOTS of goodies.
