We had just logged a cache on our way from Chicago to Chattanooga, and then on to Asheville via Knoxville: Wow! Look at That!. We had a great time with that one, especially with getting the up-close history.Imagine our surprise to find another identical structure. We HAD to set up a virtual cache to commemorate the occassion. When we got to the base of the structure, imagine our surprise to find that the man who constructed it was there. We had a lively conversation with him, and even though the structure in Effingham, Illinois is almost identical, he had not heard of it. Apparently, he had gotten the design from an identical structure in Texas.

Enough of the history. Log the cache. It's a virtual spot that can be seen from the interstate, but to log the find, e-mail me the name of the business that has this structure in its back yard. The idea is to actually get off the interstate and take a close-up look at the structure, not to drive-by at 80 mph and log the cache.Please: no posting of the business name or photos of the structure here. Logs containing such spoilers will be deleted.
