pdxmarathonman: I checked this site a few weeks ago, and it really looks like if another cache were to be placed in this area it would have to be done in a completely different way.

The cache is a 1 quart sized black container. Originally placed back in July of 2002. Plundered in September and now in February 2003 it is alive again!
Getting very close to the posted coordinates will be very easy -- In your car! But to get the cache you'll have to park that car and ---
Lookout for those cars!
That's a very busy road!
Wear your sneakers. You'll need to be fleet of foot to safely reach this cache. Leave the pre-schoolers behind for this one (sorry).
It is possible to park within 100 feet of this cache, but I strongly discourage it. The best parking is less than 1/4 mile away slightly up the hill to the first side street at
N45 26.112 W122 44.586. The walk to the cache has plenty of shoulder alongside the road.
