The Tokyo Cache Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

erik88l-r: Cache owner hasn't logged onto the site in over three months, is apparently not going to check the cache. I've archived it, but if it magically reappears I'll be delighted to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

While we couldn't get to Japan for the World Cup, we did the next best thing for here in LA LA LAnd. The altitude could be a clear giveaway, so we'll avoid sharing that - (but, that in and of itself could be a hint!!!) - this is definitely an urban cache, even though it may not feel that way when you get there. Be sure, though to be as inconspicuous as possible. And, be sure, to hide the cache exactly as you found it. Doumo arigatou.

This is one of our favorite lunch spots - so in the middle of the city, yet so remote at the same time. A slightly off the beaten path place for a cache. Be sure, though, to put it back totally out of sight with out being seen. While you're in the area, be sure to visit Fugetsu-Do for great mochi; (Brian is the current owner, but his grandfather, Seichi, founded the place just about 100 years ago - he also invented the fortune cookie there too!!! - strange, but true) -

The cache is in a clear plastic tupperware, about 5 inches by 10 inches by 2 inches, with a white top -

Unfortunately, though, the top was cracked while hiding the cache - if someone is able to bring a new tupperware when they visit it, that would be greatly appreciated - we won't be able to get back there until August -

Also, we forgot to bring ziplock bags for keeping cache items protected and dry; it would be great if someone could bring some of those too! -

Otherwise, the cache is quite well stocked - in fact, you will need to remove something so that you can deposit something!!!

Besides logbook, caching info sheet, and a couple of pens, the initial contents are:
