Cache is tubular shaped rubbermaid-like container hidden NEAR the top of the Pole Steeple Trail, Pine Grove Furnace State Park.

THANK YOU fzyo001 FOR VOLUNTEERING TO HELP MAINTAIN THIS CACHE.~4/14/05~ Above terrain rating based on the 'ratings system' - this is correct if you follow the blue-blazed trail all the way up to the overlook. Cache can be rated a 4.5 is you scale the overlook as we did. The entire park can be viewed from the Pole Steeple Overlook, which is a quartzite rock outcropping. The trail begins at the Pole Steeple parking lot, located along the Railroad Road by Laurel Lake, & proceeds up Piney Mountain to the rocky overlook. The steep grade & sheer drop may stress some individuals. Parents are advised to closely supervise children, especially when they are on the rocks & ledges.
