This cache is in memory of Dave A. (floydfan), an avid geocacher and fantastic human being, who left this world long before any of us were ready to let him go. Dave loved hiking with his wife, children and family, and was good enough to share the ins and outs of geocaching with his friends and relatives.

He was a magnificent woodworker, enjoyed computer programming, and especially enjoyed Apple computers. He was also an extremely avid fan of Pink Floyd... extremely avid... I mean he loved Pink Floyd. And he was, hands down, the supreme master of practical jokes.

So in his honor, we have left these items that reflect Dave's many interests including:

• keychain tools (wrenches, hammer, and pliers)
• Pink Floyd paraphernalia - a truly thorough collection
• Apple stickers
• tennis balls and stickers (in honor of his favorite dog Amos)
• pens from his alma mater, O.I.T
• a funny bumper sticker

We hope you enjoy this beautiful place. It took 10 of us to find it... though it would have been better with 11.

October 3 by schludwiller (106 found) Stopped by again on a nice walk today. One of our sons hadn't been here last time we found it, so we let him do the searching. Left a Geocaching Safety Whistle, took some "blaster rocks" that pop when you hit them together. [view this log]
