Geocache Description:

Yeah, another doozey from yours truly!

This is a multi-cache in a busy park area. I am going to make you wade through the throngs of humanity to find the clues you need to find this cache. That is, depending on when you go looking for it. It is better than weaving through throngs of poison ivy and briars, but of course you will find some of that too as you go for the cache. The information below will shed light on the final cache location. You will find clues posted here and there with some places to rest along the way. You will walk about a mile and a half on level ground.

First Clue:

N  33° 51.389'
W 84° 37.110'

Here you are now heading to the southside. Time to find the numbers you need. At this location there is one five digit number. The number in the very middle is A below.

Second Clue:

N  33° 51.493'
W 84° 37.101'

At the westside you will find more numbers. The very first number you see is B below. Also at this location one number appears here seven times. That number is C below. Finally, look at the five digit number -- add the five digits together and you will have D below. Ready to loose your satellite lock?

Third Clue:

N  33° 51.561'
W 84° 37.069'

Here are, uh... yeah, numbers again. You need more numbers, right? There are two groups of numbers. Look only at the small bottom set of numbers. The very last number at this location is E below.

Fourth Clue:

N  33° 51.521'
W 84° 37.008'

Here you are going to the eastside. One last stop on your journey. You need one more number. Here you will see several green post. Count the number of green post, divide by 2 and then subtract 1. Enter the result as F below.

Cache Location:

N  33° 51. _ _ _'
W 84° 37. _ _ _'

N  33° 51. B F D'
W 84° 37. C E A'

There are a few places to sit at the Fourth Clue, so sit down and relax and plug in the numbers from above for the final cache location. It is a green ammo box, if that helps you find it.

Be sure to be careful and replace the cache box EXACTLY as you found it.

There is an extremely busy road cutting though the park. You can go under the road under the bridge near the creek. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS THE ROAD (DUH!). The clues will direct you under the road pretty much anyway as you head to the northside. If there have been heavy rains recently you may not be able to get the cache completely done because the creek may be overflowing. Be aware, be watchful, be warned and be safe. Fast flowing water can move a car, and if you are knocked down you might loose your GPS. You would not want that! This cache was inspired by the Moby song when I got a mixed CD by the Geocacher "floatflute" out of a cache in Columbus, OH.

Unfortunately, you are not suppose to have dogs in this area.
This is my 20th cache! Thanks for visiting my cache.

8-4 NOTE: The parking area for the cache has a chain in front of it sometimes in the mornings. The hours for the park are also very sporadic and are not posted. If it has rained heavily they tend to leave the park closed for a few days afterward. You probably don't want to look then anyway since areas will be muddy. Most evenings it is open and you will see lots of people about -- the humanity I described above. I was not going to place the cache here, but after seeing all the people in the afternoons and a few other people walking around in the mornings I decided to go ahead and do it. Park on the Southside near the first location... you will know when you get there.
