I like my tree Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Joe Smith: This cache has had a good run, almost a decade and everything must come to an end. My goal was to bring people to this park, and that has happened in droves. There are plenty of caches to find, and a lot more to do than there was originally. It used to be a walking train and a pavilion, now there is no shortage of equipment and activities. I a glad people enjoyed it while it lasted, pass on the faith.

Geocache Description:

Take a short walk in Adam's Towmship Community park.

This cache is hidden close to the paved walking trail that runs through the park. On your journey you will cover about 1.3 miles if you do the full loop. There are many benches to rest if you get tired. An easy approach is to follow the trail until just before it cuts into the woods, and head into the field to get within 20 feet of the new location. Some people have had spotty reception near the cache. You may want to take a compass bearing if you know how to do so.

Please strive to keep this park beautiful. So far it is one of the few parks in the area that they have not "messed up" by removing the natural beauty. The park still has a few large open fields, and you can often find deer running around in the woods.

Enjoy the cache!

And on your way back to the car don't forget to check out Deer Cache. It is along the nature trail by the stream.

UPDATE 7/24/06

Cache has been moved about 150' from it's original location. It is now well away from the paved trail and muggle traffic.
