This should be a very easy and quick find. No trailblazing or bushwacking required.
Coordinates Verified with Garmin 60CS When your weary from travelin' and just need a place to put your head, the options can seem endless. This is not the case for some of our chosen geo-travel companions. This bug hotel, originally placed by Eric K., is located at the Salt Kettle Rest Area on Illinois on I-74 on the westbound side between mile markers 208 and 209. On your way to Chicago to see the Sears Tower, Mammoth Cave in Kentucky or coming from the Brickyard 400 in Indy, this is a great location to drop bugs. Continuing west, I-57 runs north or south and I-74 splits northwest whilst I-72 splits to the Southwest. There is no need to leave a bug if you take a bug.Travel Bugs ARE NOT TRADE ITEMS. They are meant to TRAVEL.
