Another beach in the Bay Area? This one might be the nicest. A long flat walk, but a short bike ride.
Look for a camo painted ammo box. The original contents are: a small statue, a bear in a boat, dominoes, bubbles, sunglasses, camo kleenex, and the usual log, welcome letter and pen. We also left a disposable camera. Take a silly picture of yourself or geocaching companion(s). We will post the pictures on our web site after the camera is full. Be sure to check out the beach and bluffs nearby. Also, you can read about the history of this area on several signs along the way. Do not ride the shuttle, it goes somewhere else. Dogs are allowed. Bikes are a good option. There is a parking fee in the main lot, but people park for free by the road.
