A All Nighter Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Artemis: Greetings from Geocaching.com

I have requested confirmation from the cache owner at the request of cachers, that this cache is still viable and can be found.

Almost 1 month later I have received no word from the owner, so I am forced to disable this cache until it is maintained.

Therefore, I have archived this cache. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

When repairs to this cache are completed and it is time to have it reposted, it will be no problem. Just drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. You will still be able to access your cache page just as before by going to your “My Cache Page” and clicking the link of your cache.

I will be more than happy to take a look at your cache again to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.

Thank you
Artemis

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to Arizona's first night time cache. You will need a flashlight. This is rated a 5-3.5 because it is a nighttime cache. I believe it will be impossible to do in the daylight

You may want to check out GC8189 before trying this one

The coordinates will put you at the beginning of the park. This is where you will use your (high powered) flashlight to find the first reflector. Additional reflectors will be found every 50 to 300 feet leading to the cache location.

The last marker is significantly different from the rest and it is right on the cache container. If you run out of marks, backtrack and see if you missed a turn someplace or keep going. It is possible leaves, grass, or branches will grow in front of some of the marks.

There are several trails that cross and intersect. Knowing which trail to take and which way to turn is all up to you. Yes, this does change trails a few times. Any questions please feel free to contact me. Please replace the cache the way you found itand leave no sign you were there.

The cache is packed full of stuff for adults and kids. The first 3 finder's will enjoy a very special treat. Adults item in the cache have a Geocaching theme. For the kids a toy is a toy is a toy, or something like that. Don't worry about leaving an item of equal value.
