Geocache Description:

Located on small island south of Birch Creek boat Launch.

A boat will keep you dry, but you can reach this cache by swimming, or even walking (depending on the level of the lake). If the lake is low, then this is a peninsula. The water between the boat launch and this island is normally only a few feet deep if there is any water at all. The cache is a small ammo can that is tethered to a an orange stake to keep it from floating away if the lake level is high.
