Geocache Description:

NOTE: 10-20-03 ALL CACHES LOGGED AFTER TODAY WILL BE DELETED! NO EXCEPTIONS SORRY.

Remember the hobbies we used to have before we discovered this distracting addiction? Well Radio Control Aircraft was one of mine. It has taken a serious back seat to caching lately. The posted coordinates are at the flying field that is the Home of the Red Apple flyers in Wenatchee Washington.

This cache is indeed a monument to hobbies we all had before we all got the geoaddiction. Therefor, It is more than a simple locationless cache. See the 1st entry for a idea of what this cache is looking for. To log this cache, Go to your flying field and take a picture of your R/C Aircraft, with you and your GPSr.
1. I want pictures of where they fly,
2. What they fly
3. The facilities of the club.
3. Tell us how long you've flown, If at all.
4. The name of the club.
5. How many pit stations and pilots can fly at one time.

(See 1st log for qualifying entry format) In order to be even clearer for those who are not familiar with this sport and who do not own R/C Aircraft, I add this additional information. If you do not own your own R/C Aircraft, you may still log by providing the asked for pictures and answering the questions. Remember, we are tracking down other flying CLUBS and their fields. Not some guy Flying R/C in his backyard. Note: 11-24-02 Most of the logs (the ones with complete info) are exactly what we are looking for. Many others try to simply take a pic at some RC Field and call it good....NOT ACCEPTABLE.
