A chance to explore the Sandia Mountain where you may not have been
before. Going up to 8230 feet. Not bad climbing.
Very unique container. Compliments of my friend Dave S. Not many
people will have seen one of these unless they have spent time in
the Navy. Use area fee required: $3 Pay before you get to the
trailhead (N35 13.374, W106 29.007).

Had a great morning caching to/from/up/down the Piedra Lisa trail with Churchmouse92; lots of great caches in an area I nad never hiked before (always had stopped at La Luz). Last cache on the trail today; really interesting container and innards were in perfect shape, which is great for a cache that is so old (had fun reading log book, too). TFTC!

Last stop of the day on my hike up Piedra Lisa to Rincon ridge. Great sunny day and the views were fantastic. TFTC!!

Out hiking the South Piedra Lisa trail today with the geopup on finally a windless, sunny spring day. It's hard to believe it's been almost a year since the last visitor to this cache. The container is still in great shape, and I enjoyed the views and the pics in the cache. This was the last of 8 today on the trail, thanks for the fun!
