Geocache Description:

The cache is small lock-n-lock container hidden in the hollow bottom of a fallen tree.
The cache is not at the given coordinates! Those coordinates will lead to the key.

The Cache Location is here: 08 7A° 57' 73.6E" & 00 05° 58' 75.6D"

Finding the key should be easy, but figuring out how to use it may be tricky. Simple encryption uses a key that is exclusive OR'd bitwise with the message. In the computer world, a two character hexadecimal value can be used to represent either a decimal or ASCII character, and can easily converted to a 8bit word. If you find the key, you'll be able to decrypt the location of the cache.

You must use the key found at N40 24.643 W74 24.109 to decrypt the message: 08 7A° 57' 73.6E" & 00 05° 58' 75.6D". Pay attention to details! You must get the key exact or it won't work.

Keep in mind, we needed to take a little poetic license to get this to work, but it really isn't anything too tricky.

Two trips might be necessary to solve this one: one to find the key and return home to figure out how to use it, one to actually retrieve the cache. There are enough clues in the cache description and the Internet can provide some assistance in solving the key. Google Street View should be able to help you with the Key, which can be found in various locations around the park. The one at the posted coordiante is slightly obscured, but the one off of Summer Hill Road is very clear. Consider yourself a true computer-guru if you can solve this cache.
