The Blue Bandit should be another fairly easy cache to find. The last 100 feet to the cache may be difficult for some.
Please be carefull in finding this cache, as there may be a lot of people around. This can be a very busy spot. Even worse, many people often spend time here just sitting in their cars with nothing to do but watch you. Because of this I raised the difficulty level a little bit.
I placed this cache last minute so (as always) its contents are not to spetacular..
