In a swampy area. Some will take the high road, some will take the
low road. Good luck to both!
I have replaced this cache as of 25-July-2004. It is (almost) in
it's original location. The EPE was 13 feet on my Garmin GPS ][+
when I made the waypoint for the cache. It's behind a large rock
off the road, under some brush. Should be easy to find, but it's
not visible from the roads. I stocked the cache with some playing
cards to leave lots of room for other people.

Down in the brush - you can see I've written the co-ordinates on the top of the cache can.
Sitting on the rock
here you can see my antenna attached to the cache for the best reading. I have yet to write the co-ordinates on top of the cache.

Looking at the map I was prepared for an adventure similar to the one I had getting GC12. What a pleasant surprise to have paved road within 100 ft of the cache. From there I took the high road, low road and a few circles in between. It was a rainy/thinking about being snowy day. Lots of wind and clouds. GPS reception was not the best. The description finally helped me track the cache down. I love getting these oldies. Thanks for keeping it alive.

this is the oldest cache we have found so far. we are headed up to moun10bikes later this year. was a little tougher in the dark but we were able to manage it. thanks we took the high road.
